Kaerus Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join a dynamic local service in Central London. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to an integrated health and social care service, focusing on reablement and recovery to help residents achieve their goals and regain independence.
Responsibilities
As an Occupational Therapist in this role, you will:
- Work within a multidisciplinary team to support individuals through the reablement process.
- Conduct assessments to identify individual needs and create tailored recovery plans.
- Provide professional guidance and advice to clients, carers, and colleagues.
- Promote independence by implementing therapeutic interventions and recommending suitable adaptations.
- Maintain accurate and timely records in line with local authority standards.
- Collaborate effectively with other professionals to deliver integrated care.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Hold a recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- Be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Have experience in a reablement service or similar setting.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Be comfortable working in an office-based environment.
