With over six years of experience in the recruitment industry, I have built a strong track record of advancing the contract and locum markets, with a particular focus on Educational Psychology in the UK. Recognised as one of the top billers in my previous roles, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the recruitment process and continually refine my approach to deliver meaningful results.

Before co-founding Kaerus Recruitment, I worked with industry leaders in virtual medicine and telehealth, supporting their expansion into the UK market.

I have successfully placed HCPC-registered professionals into a variety of educational and clinical settings, while also facilitating smooth transitions for candidates within the UK and internationally, including professionals from South Africa, Saudi Arabia, India, USA, Hong Kong, and many more.
